A governance advisory firm built from inside the work.
We are practitioners, not commentators — working across governance, research, business development, and technology with clients who are serious about performance.
Practitioners,
not commentators
Switch Advisory is an advisory, research, and technology consulting firm headquartered in Abuja, Nigeria. We work across government, civil society, and the private sector — helping state governments institutionalise reform, supporting nonprofits with fundraising and organisational growth, assisting SMEs with business strategy, and advising organisations on technology.
Our practice is built on a conviction: that the most important problems facing Nigerian and West African institutions are not solved by reports, templates, or software alone. They are solved by the combination of deep institutional knowledge, honest diagnosis, and rigorous execution.
Switch Advisory is part of the Greenswitch Innovations Consult ecosystem — alongside GX Media House and Switch Technologies — with CISD as our independent research arm.
We do not build reform programmes.
We build the capacity to run them.
Every engagement is designed to leave the organisation more capable than when we arrived. The measure of success is not the report we hand over — it is whether the work continues after we leave.
