PPP Structuring & Advisory
Most PPP failures in Nigeria are preparation failures. The capital exists and investor appetite exists — what is frequently absent is rigorous project preparation. Our PPP Readiness Architecture provides end-to-end lifecycle support: bankability analysis tested against lender standards, risk structuring, and executive capacity before the first RFP is issued.
Reform Financing Technical Assistance
Results-based financing instruments tie disbursement to verified outcomes. We provide technical assistance across the full programme lifecycle — from programme design and DLI framing to state performance support, assessment preparation, and formal response strategies when determinations are contested. Our Verification Intelligence Framework treats IVA engagement as a strategic system, not an administrative afterthought.
Research, Data & Policy Analysis
Through CISD, our independent research arm, we produce policy research, subnational budget analysis, and evidence products for development partners, donors, and advocacy organisations. Flagship products include the NSIRI, HDBI, and Climate Finance Index. We also design data frameworks, indicators, and research methodologies that organisations use to track performance and advocate for policy change.
Business Development for Nonprofits & SMEs
Many nonprofits and growth-stage SMEs have strong programme work and genuine impact — but lack the business development infrastructure to translate that into sustainable funding and strategic growth. For civil society organisations: proposal development, fundraising strategy, and donor mapping.
